SUMMARY The present invention relates to a device for preventing a paper web (5), which is transported on a running wire (2), from lifting from the wire (2), a bank edge (19) of the paper web being cut off from the paper web by a edge alcohol (9). The device comprises a bare plane (10) which comprises a bare plane surface (11) which is water against the wire (2) and is arranged such that the bare plane surface directs an air flow from the running wire (2) in a new direction to generate a negative pressure which prevents the paper web from lifting. Fig. 1 1 DEVICE FOR PREVENTING A PAPER PATH FROM LIFTING A WIRE The present invention relates to a device for preventing a paper web transported on a running wire from lifting from the wire, a bank edge of the paper web being cut off from the paper web. of an edge alcohol. In the wire section of a paper machine, the paper web is transported on a running wire towards the press section of the paper machine. At the end of the wire section, at least one bank edge of the paper web is cut away from the paper web by an edge spirit. The edge spreader is placed over the paper web and uses high pressure water jets to cut through the paper web. A problem with cutting is that the cut edge of the paper web has a tendency to lift upwards, which in turn can cause edge breaks in the paper web. Normally, a vacuum suction cup is placed under the wire, after the edge spray, to prevent the cut edge and the paper web from lifting upwards from the wire. However, the vacuum sucker is associated with some major disadvantages. The vacuum suction cup is expensive, both to buy in and to use, due to its high energy consumption. The vacuum suction cup is also complicated in its construction and requires maintenance. In addition, the vacuum charge can also lead to wear and tear of the wire. An object of the present invention is to provide a device which will provide for biting the cut edge of the paper web and the cut bank edge pressed against the wire. In comparison with the vacuum suction slide, the device will be simpler in its construction, cheaper and requires no or at least less maintenance. The device according to the invention can be characterized in that the device comprises a bare plane which comprises a bare plane surface which is water against the wire and is arranged such that the bare plane surface directs an air flow from the running wire in a new direction to generate a negative pressure which prevents the paper web from lifting . In the following, the invention will be described in a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a wire section having a paper machine, where a device according to the invention is arranged to prevent a cut edge of a paper web from lifting upwards from a wire . Figure 2 shows a view from above of figure 1. Figure 3 shows a bare plane in profile. Figure 4 shows the bar plane in perspective. Figure 5 shows an installation means for installing the layer has the bar plane. Figures 1 and 2 show a wire section having a paper machine. The wire portion 1 comprises a running wire 2 for transporting a paper web 5. The wire 2 has a first surface 3 which is water upwards and a second surface 4 which is water downwards and away from the first surface 3. The wire portion 1 further comprises the above-mentioned paper web 5. The paper web has a first surface 6 which is water up and a second surface 7 which is water away from the first surface 6. The second surface 7 of the paper web 5 is in physical contact with the first surface 3 of the wire 1, due to which the paper web 5 is transported by the running wire 3 2. In use, the wire has a speed of approximately 500 m / min and higher. The wire portion 1 further comprises a rotating gusset roller 8, against which gusset roller 8 the running wire 2 abuts in such a way that the direction of the wire 2 is guided in a flight direction after it has passed the gusma roller 8. The wire portion 1 further comprises an edge spirit 9. The edge spruce 9 is arranged over the first surface 6 of the paper web to cut a bank edge 19 from the running paper web 1. The edge spruce 9 is arranged at a predetermined distance from the edge of the paper web and from the first surface of the paper web. A device is, at least in part, arranged below the second surface 4 of the wire 2 to prevent the cut edge of the paper web 5 as well as the cut bank edge 19 from lifting up. The device comprises a bare plane 10 (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 4), which bare plane 10 has a longitudinal extension, preferably the extension has the bare plane perpendicular to the running direction MD for the wire 2 and the paper web 5. The bare plane 10 comprises a substantially flat bare plane surface 11 which is water upwards and lies at least partially against the second surface 4 of the wire 2. The bare plane surface 11 is bounded by an outer, first spirit 12, which spirit is coated outside an outer edge of the wire, an inner, second spirit 13, which is coated below the wire and the paper web at a predetermined distance from the outer edge of the wire, a first edge 14, which is water in the running direction of the wire, and a second edge 15, which is water in the running direction MD of the wire. The bar plane 10 is arranged before the bank edge 19 of the paper web is cut off by the edge edge, consequently the first edge 14 is water towards the intersection of the edge edge. The first edge 14 is 4 preferably located at a distance of about 180 mm from the point of intersection 20. The second end 13 of the bare plane 10 is located at a distance of 20 mm from the point of intersection 20 in the longitudinal direction of the bare plane. The angle between the bare plane surface 11 and the second surface of the wire 4 is approximately 0-5 °, the second edge 15 being closest to the second surface 4 of the wire 2. The distance between the second edge 15 and the second surface 4 of the wire is 1-3 mm, preferably 2 mm. The length of the bare surface 11 between the first duct 12 and the second duct 13 is about 200-600 mm, preferably about 400 mm. The width of the bare plane surface between the first edge 14 and the second edge 15 is approximately 25-75 mm, preferably 50 mm. The other edge 15, which is water against the running direction of the wire and the air stream, is suitably smaller 900, preferably 80-85 °. In use, the running wire generates an air stream in the same direction as the running direction of the wire. The bare plane and the bare plane surface guide the air stream in a new direction in such a way that the air stream generates a negative pressure after it has passed the bare plane, the negative pressure of the cut edge of the paper web and the cut bank edge 19 down towards the first surface of the wire and preventing them from lifting uppat. The bare plane 10 further comprises a fastening element consisting of a longitudinal, T-shaped groove 16 in the longitudinal direction of the bare plane for attaching the supporting plane to an installation member 17. The spar is arranged on the underside of the bare plane and is used away from the bare plane surface. Finally, the device comprises the above-mentioned installation means 17 (see Fig. 5) for installing the layer of the bar plane 10 in relation to the wire 2. The installation means 17 comprises an installation element 18 on which the bar plane is fixed via its groove 16. The installation means 17 controls the installation element 18 so that the bar plane 10 is inclined forward, inclined backwards and moved in its longitudinal direction. The bar plane can also be moved up, down and in the direction of the wire. With the aid of the invention, the advantages are achieved above all that the device according to the invention, which comprises the bare plane, heals the cut edge of the paper as well as the cut bank edge down on the wire. The bare plane also acts as a deflector for the air stream coming from the running wire. In the above, the invention has been described starting from some specific embodiments. It is to be understood, however, that other embodiments and variants are possible within the scope of the appended claims. It is obvious, for example, that different embodiments of the installation means are possible for installation of the layer at the bare plane. For example, the bare plane can be mounted on a robot arm or the like. Those skilled in the art will further appreciate that the stated dimensions and distances are based on certain operating parameters and may therefore be different from other operating parameters.
